I am planning on buying a fluval Roma 90 and making a reef... I read that the t8 lighting isnt good enough for corals? What would be the best conversion? Given I'm not made if money either! :p

It depends on what kind of corals you plan to keep - you'll need to think about flow too and proper filtration for reef as well. What are the dimensions of the tank? That will help us recommend a light for you. Also, you'll want to use ro-di water for a successful reef :)

I have read that when people say oh just keeping some softies but they almost always want then to upgrade lifting again! So let's just say most corals :p

I was gonna run a small sump and maybe also a hob filter so a little extra. Then getting to water from the lfs and mixing myself possibly using an auto top off system.

There is a middle lighting unit and two side panels all if which are separate so i guess i could?
