i hope mine doesn't whats the best macro algae for a refugium in the back in the filter? my lfs has chaeto and this other one that's green and has broader leaves.

As long as you keep it feed you should be fine. I actually left the back filter as is, so I don't have any macro in back there. I did switch out the carbon with Seachem's Seagel to cut down on PO4.

Haha, no I meant if you keep your sexy shrimp well feed it should stay away from your zoas.

yeah, and to be trimmed every so often. I've only ever kept chaeto myself.

i will post some pictures soon. i am getting one of those little magnet cleaners for the pico because the algae has grown. i will be ordering it monday and when i get it and clean the tank, i will post pics as soon as possible.
