Going to Fishstore today

Hey everyone. I have a 12g Nano. I've started getting some good algae appearing on my glass, so i was thinking of going to the store today and getting snails, or perhaps a cleaner shrimp?

my readings are as follows: Nitrates still on the high side at 40. Nitrites are at 0. alkalinity (ppm) is about 140 and pH 8.2. Ammonia is 0

Can i get cleaner shrimp? Or should i get snals, and if so, how many?

I'd start wilth a few snails. How many would depend on which kind you want.

You can get a few snails, but I also recommend a Mag-float algae scrubber. They're very handy.

Hey guys! I got 3 bumblebee snails, 2 Trochus Snails and one peppermint shrimp. They look to be doing well! I think i'll name the shrimp Pierre.
