hermit crabs

I have 2 red leg and 2 blue leg hermits that are new to aquarium by a week and now they don't move at all there alive and get in there shells when I touch them is this normal

Check your water for nitrates, ammonia and nitrites, it sounds like a water issue.

Ammonia 0ppm
Nitrite. 0ppm
Nitrate. Under 5ppm
Been perfect for months now with 15% water changes weekly

I've had some act the same way. Just gota give them time, try to move them to a dark safer location mate there sky
