Hi I recently inherited a BioCube 14 from an uncle and I have NO experience with salt water...
The only thing I was told to do was to change the water every two week (25%) which I did already. I went on YouTube and followed all the steps everything turn out fine.
Any advise regarding upkeep, maintenance and precautions will be greatly appreciated.. :]

The specs to what I currently hav is listed below:

Has been running successfully for several years. All livestock is healthy. Most of the corals are growing very well.

Equipment:
Built in Power Compact lights (2 x 24watt), cooling fans and circulation pumps.
Added small protein skimmer in the back.
2 small Rio powerheads for circulation.
50watt heater
Cabinet Stand

Fish:
1 Yellow Tail Damsel
1 nemo
1 Orange Spot Watchman Goby with Tiger Shrimp

Corals:
3 different colours of Trumpet Corals
Montipora
Lots of Zooanthids
Large Kenya Tree Coral that keeps dropping frags
Large fast growing plate coral that no one has been able to ID.
2 different types of mushroom coral

You can see a picture of my tank in my profile picture

Thanks :)

Welcome to the forum! Sounds like you are doing everything right!

Do you have a water test kit? Preferably an API liquid kit will work.

You can also post a picture of any unidentified things and the people here will be able to help you. :)

I do my water changes every week on my tanks, including my cube and have no water parameter issues. You seem stocked appropriately as well. :)

Thank u!

I do have a test kit'
How often should I be testing the water?
