What if I do water changes every day with the water from my old tank for like 3 days

Using the water from your old tank is not going to help the cycle much. Bacteria live on solid surfaces, and are not floating in the water in any great quantity.

Ok so would the regular sand I have in my tank now look weird mixed in with the crushed coral or could I do that?

I posted this in another thread yesterday and nobody answered me so but I think my clown has ich there are two white dots on his head and some other smaller ones now he seems fine he's in the anemone but before he was acting wiered you can kinda see one of the dots in the pic
