Light upgrade Coralife BC 14

So I really just wanted an opinion on these new led strips I just got. They're true lumen strips. Really simple. Just stick it and plug it in but my LFS sai they're pretty good for coral growth and looks but was wondering if anyone had any experience with them or info..thanks!

They are 4 watts a strip with four LEDs
