Mini Frag Tank

Not for sure just checking my option, but I am really thinking of doing a mini frag tank. I have had saltwater tanks forever, but really got into it over the past 3 years. Most of my colony's are getting to the point where I need to frag often. I have been sticking them in the sand bed of my pico for a while. This is working fine but who wants a bunch of frags all over. I have a 75 gallon and 3 picos so I need a frag tank. What are my options for a tank, a worker at my lfs mentioned modifying a small sump since its shallow and I would have chambers for filtration. Others said rubbermaids, and of course the small pet owners tanks. Are there other options I am not trying to spend a lot of money?
