Moving Nano tanks as-is?

I'm in college and just realised I will eventually have to transport my 3 gallon nano home for the summer and then back. Anyone know the best way to do so? I live like 25-50 minutes away (depends on how fast I'm driving and the traffic)

Should I bag everything? Put everything in 1 quart containers? Move the whole thing as a whole?

what is in it? 3 gallon tank inhabitants would fit in one 5 gallon bucket. if it is a fowlr. if you have corals, I would separate them. leaving everything in the tank is asking for scratches at the very least. and a lot of stirred up sand and muck.

Theres just corals and inverts in the tank. What should I do about corals that are stuck on the live rock?

put the pieces of coral with rock in one bucket, plain rock in another, and bag the inverts, keep the tank empty and you might want to replace the sand since itll be stirred up alot and may cause an ammonia spike
