Hey guys, new to this hobby so I'm still only learning.

5 days ago I purchased a 60L working nano tank from the local aquarium shop.

Not too sure as to the names of the corals but here's a picture of the tank so far.

It also came with 2 clown fish and 2 large snails, however the next day after setting up i fould another smaller clown swimming in the back filter.( Wierd as the tank was emptied before i brought it)

Today's test read

Temp =25.1
Ph = 8.5-9.0
No3 = 25
Kh = 8

Hydometer = safe range

Also keeping your salinity dead on at a set level (for example I keep my tanks at 1.025) is CRITICAL for reefs. So hydrometer=safe range scares me for 2 reasons 1 hydrometers are terribly inaccurate and 2 it sounds like your letting it swing which is very hard on inverts.

Oh welcome to the forum haha. Didn't mean to have the first responses so negative. Is that a Duncan coral??

There's a funny story to that. There should only have been two clowns only.

Letting it swing? I'm very new to this and all your help is appreciated

What would be a good tester then?

Could you get a closer pic of some of them, it's hard to tell in the full tank shot.

I can later on today.

A refractometer is the best. You can usually find them on amazon for $20-$30

Here are a picture of the corals in my tank. Feel free to name them as I don't know what they are.

Also just returned the 3rd clown fish. So we have a happy tank again :)
