Lots of blue in that setup, time will tell if you need to upgrade that pump for the skimmer, but I think a maxijet 900 would be fine.

Why are you scarred that it will die? It's not that difficult to keep them. Is this your first coral ever?

I use the remora skimmer and the 900 should be fine with your tank, I use the 1200 but mine is on a 55g tank.

You have a 4 bulb t5 light right? If so it should be enough light for a nem. But youre water also has to be perfect.

I had a condy nem for a few months but returned it as I couldnt deal with constantly worrying about it eating a fish and it eventually took over the whole left side of my tank. LOL

I would suggest more live rock. I would suggest 3 times the amount I currently see in your tank. I wouldn't do coral until you up your live rock.

Most agree with that my 5g has over 3KG live rock and still could do more...... more the better as it really helps with removing nitrates for biological filtration
