My Unknown worm

Ivgot a 5 gallon Lr tank and juxt put in a couple more pounds and the next morning woke up to a shiny pinkish red whit worm with red hairs off the sides..it must have come from the LR and is about 2 inches long but im wondering wat it might b and if i should keep it.and if it may b harmfull to my clown or ne shrimp which i will add soon

Likely a common bristleworm. They are good detritus eaters, I'd leave him. Any chance for a picture?

i cant sem to get a picture kuz i rarely see it its usually under the sand or under some LR...wats dertitus?
