Nano anti-detritus crew?

I'm currently working with a 10 gallon AGA with 3 damsels, 5 margarita snails, 2 large turbos, a cleaner shrimp, an emerald crab, a few feather dusters, a colony of starburst polyps, a pagoda cup, a colt coral, a few heads of candy cane and a frogspawn.

I need some sand sifters and some detritus eatrers.

recommendations?

Do they eat detritus? Because my turbo snails poop like they are Al Bundy!!!!!! But I have no more algae.
