I just purchased a Nano cube that I plan to setup as a reef tank. I know this will require more care from me such as more water changes. My main question is: do I need a protein Skimmer for it? And if so, do you have any recommendations on one. I have been having a problem finding one that is small enough to fit on the tank. or in the tank.

Any suggestions or help of any kind would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for you help.

Marcel

If you purchased the nano by JBJ, I am not sure if there is even room for a skimmer. honestly, if you keep your bio-load light you will not need one. Two small fish, 25 lbs of LR and some low light corals and you will be fine...Lando
