No never. You may want to capture the little bugger next time he's out or take a photo of him so we can try to ID him.

My guess would be stomatella snail. They look like a snail that crawled from their shell.

Why did you catch the stomatella? Confused. They eat algae, which you seem to have a need to get rid of.
 
Ok so it's been a while and thanks to hurricane sandy we r without power running off a generator and we ended up being completely without power for three days and my fish tank suffered all my pods ended up dead floating in the water column and I think the Kenya tree is dead not sure though, the zoas are suffering but they may not be affected very much maybe just stunted. The water in the tank's temp dropped to extreme lows for the fish tank (about 40 degrees for a low it was really cold here) and everything was off luckily the emerald crab and the shrimp both survived miraculously and I am really happy here are pictures.
