New to salt water

My wife has started a 20 long saltwater tank and wanted me to ask what these are on the live rock and does she need to feed them? If so what should we feed?

So I should not have to worry about them infesting the tank. I was reading about majano anemone and it got me a little worried

They're harmless. No need to worry.

It ended up being Aiptasia Anemones so I got some peppermint shrimp and they made quick work of them.
No I have seen some bristle worms I will need to deal with.
