I've also heard injecting hot lemon juice will also kill them if you don't want to use meds on your tank.

+1 I've always used boiling water or really hot water

Looks like quite the patch of aiptasia. I would pick up a few peppermint shrimp and also get some aiptasiax, with that many aiptasia your likely gonna be fighting this for a little bit.

+1 also you can try a file fish... They may eat soft corals though... But their main target is aiptasia...
