Quarantine for a nano tank

While waiting for my 29 nano reef cycle I am starting to think about my stock and about a quarantine tank. Never quarantined with my fw but since sw fish are more Eco

Are more expensive I should quarantine. Planned fish are all pretty tiny so will my spare 5g be big enough. Already has lights and filter. Would a set up with heater, a aq 20, and bare bottom be ok? Do I medicate or not? My initial fish will be a pair of oscellaris clown fish. Since they are first in do they need to be quarantined. Do I need to quarantine inverts and coral ?

Don't medicate in QT just observe and medicate only if fish show signs of illness. I usually QT for 4-6 weeks (only 4 weeks or so if they seem healthy) What other stock are you planning? Clownfish can be aggressive so add them last of you plan other peaceful fishes

My current planned stock is two oscellaris clown fish and a tailspot blenny.

Then one or two from this list
Clown goby
Goby/ shrimp pair
Firefish
Six line wrasse
Royal gramma
Are all fish I like but still have to do a bit more compatibility research
