RO water for nano reef?

No, you need ro/di (at the very worst distilled) for a reef tank, especially nanos as water quality is even more vital.

Ro/di, not just ro though. The di is the most important part.

Deionization, it's part of the process that actually takes out everything but water (or 0 total dissolved solids or tds)
