Spaghetti Worms?

I think i hav a spaghetti worm in my Nano 10 Gal , it's like a little white pudge attached to the rock and ocasionally see a 1 inch little clear worm come out, is that one ? are they good to have?

Their not a bad nor good thing imo. I have ton of them and wish I didnt for what it's worth.

I have quite a few as well. My porcelain crab has developed a taste for them it appears.
They don't hurt anything and a sign of good water quality.

How Do u rid of them when they overpopulate?
