Stock list assessment

I've almost got my 12g cycled and I'm wondering if you guys/gals could critique my stock list and tell me when I should add everything and in what numbers for the clean up crew

Fish:
Pair of clowns
Clown goby/shrimp goby/royal gramma (undecided please help)

Cuc:
Nassarius snails
Aestrae snails
Skunk cleaner
Cerith snails
Porcelain/pom pom crab (help choose or both)

Id do the shrimp goby or clown goby over the gramma. My gramma in my 40 breeder is pretty big and she grew really fast. Went from 3/4" to 3" in about 1.5-2 years
