T5 lights?

Will these lights be OK for corals the tank is around 10 gallon they are all 3 8wat 2 daylight white 1 blue. and I was also wondering have any of you used the Natgeo substrate? will it work for my nano reef?

looking at the bulbs in the pict the ends seem shaded that's usually indication for replace,
the average life of a T-5 bulb is 3 to 6 months. but yes they are good for some coral.
most of us no longer use florescent bulbs , we all went to a more affordable led light system
