T5 lights?

Will these lights be OK for corals the tank is around 10 gallon they are all 3 8wat 2 daylight white 1 blue. 20170824_180822.jpg and I was also wondering have any of you used the Natgeo substrate? will it work for my nano reef? 20170824_180858.jpg
 
looking at the bulbs in the pict the ends seem shaded that's usually indication for replace,
the average life of a T-5 bulb is 3 to 6 months. but yes they are good for some coral.
most of us no longer use florescent bulbs , we all went to a more affordable led light system
