I just have biomedia. I took the sponge out. And the powerhead makes a good flow. It's actually not as strong as I thought it would be.

I do it the day before. I use reef crystals and mix it in a 5 gallon bucket with an air pump.

Finally got some ricordea. Along with two mushrooms and a watchman goby.

Could not get these mushrooms to stick to the live rock. So this is where they ended up and this is where they will stay.
