What type of algae is this and how to get rid off out of my tank!

Sounds like you've got a low flow rate, excess nutrients, or feeding too much. Those are the most common causes I've seen. What is your water change routine?

I have two koralia water pums on each side of my tank, and I only have two premium snowflake clownfishes and I feed them every 2 days and have like 6 or 8 hermits crabs , one peppermint shrimp, one cleaner shrimp and some snails.

My water changes are once a weeks about 5 gallons using RO/ DI water !!
