200 Gallon Oceanic stand/filter

$700 great shape, has the oceanic all glass trickle filter, and stand. Hasn't been filled since he received it, but the seals looked great.

Comes with 500lbs of caribean playsand from toys r us purchased 2 years ago and never used, still in the bags.

Additionally, thee are 3 MH lights (single socket mounted to reflector only that would need attached to a canopy, never used, no bulbs)

Is this a fair price?
