220 gallon bow front rebuild and diy sump

Had to rebuild stand it was white now it's black on a 220 bowfront I just bought . I am looking for a 55 gallon sump idea has and made the overflow bubble trap like the aqueon proflex before.

Looks really great although I am not sure it is big enough for that clown. Liveplushia.com suggests 350 gallon minimum tank for it.
