3' 50 gallon tank, looking for a cheap MH system

How are the following lighting systems?

I would love to hang this fixture using only 1 wire, keeps it very simple, and easiler to manage.

But then again, this system isn't all that large, roughly a foot long.

Tank specs below.

Corals include:

4 different Polyp colonies
3 different Mushroom colonies
1 Tongue Coral
1 Open Brain which is starting to die a bit =(
1 Pulsing Xenia
1 Star Polpy
1 Leather
1 Lobo....something or another
1 Long Tenticle Plate Coral which already died =(

Looking to spend no more than 300 shipped with 10k bulbs, watts can be 150, 175 or 250.

The cheapest way to do it would be to make it yourself, or have someone else to make it for you. Buy a bulb, ballast, pendent or reflector, Or just buy one of those DIY kits. I have an electrician across the street, but if you can find a good electrician he/she might be able to do it for cheap. I think you could probably do the whole job for about 100$.
remember slowly acclimate your tank to the new lighting. You don't want an algae outbreak.
