5 gal pom pom crab tank

My friend is giving me his pom pom crab because he claims he never sees it in his 20g reef. Right now I have a 5g set up with two small pieces of LR (probably only 1lb). If I add the pom pom crab and a couple zebra hermits what kind of filtration should I get? I want to be able to do water changes only every other week.

I would think if you do not overfeed, you might be able to get away with just water changes.
