6 line wrasse a jumper?

Just got a 6 line wrasse yesterday and introduced him to my q tank. I found him today after work in my overflow box, do I really need to worry about him jumping out of the aquarium or was this just a fluke?

BTW, I do have a glass top but the back has a slit uncovered.

Well thats how I lost mine, and it was a 125 with a 3" opening along the back.

Yep. I lost one too. Try eggcrate to cover the top. I bought some at Home depot in the lighting department.
