a couple questions? starfish and fish

First ... are most Starfish light dependent and if not what type are the easiest to maintain?

second ... I have a 29 gallon FOWLR, 1-O. Clown, 1-Coral Beaut. Angel, 1-cleaner shrimp, 1-Pep. Shrimp, 10-Hermits and 20-Turbo's ... I want to add the final fish to my tank, but I am indeed torn on what to add! I want something hardy, something bright but not something that is going to hide out all the time ie. Gramma or Watchman Goby and of course something that is going to get along with the others?

Any Ideas?
