Acan dying?

Any idea what happened to my acan? It was fine and today it looks like this. All parameters seem ok. I had to disturb my tank to get a damsel out(good times). Would the stress have done this to it. Everything else looks good just this. It was doing great. Had two new heads popping up as well.

That's not good. Check phosphates first. Then check all your other parameters. It can bounce back no problem. I would change the water. Then check everything. Water changes are good.
