Acan lord help..

Ok had this lord for a while now and in the last few days it puts it sweeper tentacles out for some reason there is nothing really that close to it in my tank cant figure it out why its doing this all the sudden any help would be appreciated thanks in advance...

The tentalces are about a inch at longest and brown..

Those aren't sweepers, those are feeding tentacles. That guy is hungry! He doesn't need to be fed though, as they can get all they need from the water column and your lighting

I feed him mysis shrimp...these are like brown tentacles that come out some are over a inch u sure they are not trying to sting something or something making him feel threatned

How often do you feed and how often does he put out those tentacles?

Been putting them out just last couple days he gets mysis maybe twice a week..my duncan an sun coral get mysis every other day at least

He might be sensing the food in the water you're feeding to the sun and duncan, and he wants some as well


That makes me even more sure it's feeding tentacles
