Added Live Sand to Tank

Is it OK to add more live sand that was purchased, to my
existing Sand in my Tank ??

Or do I need to cycle first than add?

You can add more sand but you really dont need live sand. I just wonder if that stuff is really live. Just rinse it really good and get a piece of PVC and slide it down to where you want it. You`ll still have a cloud storm but it will be minimized if you do it like that. Regular old aragonite sand will become live over time.

Don't add more than a ½" over top or you may kill the beneficial bacteria coating the sand.
