That holdfast epoxy putty works brilliantly.

If the frag is non-softie type you can also use crazy glue gel, super glue gel. Or any of those kinds of glue that is made of cyanoacrylic(sp?). You would want to purchase the "gel" kind because it's thicker and easier to work with.
Those reef putty works well also

There are a few acceptable methods of attaching frags.
Superglue GEL
2 part waterproof epoxy
String
Wedding Vel
Rubberband
The superglue gel can be used to afix frags that are attached to small rocks or for stoney corals. The gel does not work well for softies. Same holds for the epoxy. For softies you can gently hold it to the rock with some string, or rubberbands. Make sure the string or bands are not to tight. Basicly just enough to gently hold the coral to the rock. Wedding vel can be used for mushrooms etc. This permits light thru for photosynsis as well as keping the frag in close contact with the rock. After a few days/weeks the frags will have attached and the rubberband, string and vel can be removed.
