After my clown hosted my BTA

It just lays in there....does nothing....

Also ever since he has started to host ( just last night he started ) he lays in the BTA's tentacles and breaths rather rapidly. Is this normal? Is it just getting used to the BTA?

Yea its moves and swished every once in a while.

Sounds perfectly normal. The only time mine would leave her anemone was to attack my hand or eat lol. Congrats on your success!
