Agressive kole tang?

I thought kole tangs were supposed to be a more peaceful fish? Ive had the tang in my 75 for about 3 months with flame angel, a clown fish and 3 pj cardinals. Thought i did enough research for the last addition but the tiny lawnmower blenny is being chased by the tang. Hes been in the tank a week now. Hope tension eases. Any ideas? haved already moved some of the rockwork arround. Poor guys already jumped into my overflow 3 times.
