Algae question

On my lr I have this red algae that came in on the rock, I assumed that is was a good algae. Now I have 1 spot of this algae growing on my ls, it's about the size of a half dollar. Also right in front of it I see a patch of grass Growing? I thought it was algae at first and it may be but it has height to it, It's green and looks like "baby hair" real short but I guess that's how I'd have to describe it. Is this a good one or do I need to scoop it out? TIA.

The red stuff sounds like cyno. And the other sounds like just green hair algae. Have you done a phosphate test? Got any pic of them?
