All Damsel Tank

I'm thinking about going cheap with my fishes, at least for right now. I was wondering if I can keep an all-damsel tank? I have a 40 gallon tank with about 50lbs of Aragonite and 65lbs of Live Rock. I plan to add some yellowtail damsels, yellow damsels, 3 stripped damsels, and maybe some blue damsels. Is this a bad idea? At all the fish stores I go to (4 stores) I always see a single tank around 40 gallons that stores upwards to 20 damsels. Would having about 8 damsels in a 40 gallon be too much of a problem later? I don't plan on having any other type of fishes for awhile.

The fish stores are putting stressed fish together and getting rid of them quick. In you tank the fish will be stressed at first, but will settle in (cause your tank is not constantly going to be adding and removing fish) and eventually harrass each other to death. Damsels are aggressive, unless you get some peaceful schooling damsels like chromis, I don't think it will be completely successful.

ive had a yellow tail and a 3 striped and large domino together and added an orange tailed last !! the only two that really had issues were the yellow tail and the orange tail but the yellow tail is tuff and fast so it was just a chase game about it !! the yellow tail and orange are still playing chase but no harm done !! one on one and added together right imo ya will be ok as long as there are plenty of hiding spots and not in a 20 gall heheh !! but thats with most fish imo
