Amphipods out of control

And I probably wouldn't recognize one if I tripped over it! I certainly don't have any that are of a size where I'm thinking it is more than sand blowing around my tank. Wanna send a cup of that pod riddled sand my way?

If you'd like something to see them compared to other things in your tank, if you look at this pic from my gallery and look at the sponge on the left, you can see a pod near the end of the sponge. Look just above that one on the worm tube and you'll see another, slightly larger. Both of those are about the size of the tip of a pencil.
