anemone feeding

hello everyone,
just wanted to ask before i get a BTA if when i have to feed it solid seafood, is it ok to feed cocktail shrimp or does the shrimp have no nutritional value because it is already cooked.

Remember that anemones will get most of their energy from light. I have never target fed any of my BTA and they do great, even under 4x65watt CF lighting. It should get what ever else it needs through the water collum.
