I have two snowflake clowns who have grown quite rapidly. So rapidly they have grown out or the riteri I got for them and they are beating it up. I just bought a bigger riteri and they still seem to favor the small one. If I take out the small riteri for an hour or two do you think they will host the bigger one. And when I put the smaller riteri back in do you think they will stay with the bigger one? Thoughts on ? hosting anemones?

You can't force the clowns to do anything. They will do as they please. Hosting behavior can't be altered by our hand. You could try covering the smaller anemone or simply removing it from the system.
