Have marine land LEDs that only the moon lights work how can I fix that or who

No, not much at all. I don't think you would see much of a difference, if any.

And what's the diff between 150 and 175 mhl

150 watt halides are usually HQI double ended bulbs while 175s are single ended. I only used the double ended HQI halides in my old reef tank so I could be wrong.
