another tang question

can different types of tangs be kept together? for instance a regal and a yellow.

Yes, that particulat combination should work. I say should because Tangs seem to have their own personalities and not two act the same. IMO avoid adding similar tangs from the same Genus ie, a Purple and a Yellow. They compete for food in the wild and don't often get along.
