I got given this stuff when I bought my tank second hand has anyone ever used it I tried googling it but couldn't find anything

I believe it is an amino acid additive that they no longer make. It has to be kept in the refrigerator to stay viable. I'd toss it.

Speaking of coral grow what is the best kind to give corals?

I like reef plus by seachem. I had noticeable results with it. No supplements are really required but I do think amino acid based supplements offer some benefit.
