aptasia and fuge

I am moving my seahorses in a week to a bigger tahk. I have a rock in my fuge that is covered with aptasia. I am breaking down the fuge and would like to use the rock in my display tank ( has some great color on it) however it has some aptasia on it I want to get rid of, Any ideas. Put the rock in the sun. Soak it in fresh water?

Peppermint shrimp. I had about 50 in my tank gone in 3 days after adding 1 peppermint .

are you looking to keep the BB? you can boil it if your not. if so a needle and syringe with lemon juice you inject them

Don't boil the rock, that is bad and can literally kill you. Use a syringe to shoot boiling water or lemon juice into it or use a product like joe's juice and aiptasia-x. I'm a fan of aiptasia-x for killing them off if they pop up in my tank.
