How much more would an EV-120 skim than an Urchin Pro???

I'm planning an upgrade on my 75 gal tank, so I'm just curious...

Thanks, Joshua...

Alot. The EV series have bigger/taller reaction chamber and are worth the extra money over the Urchin/remora. The Uchin would work good but if you want a great skimmer the EV would be the way to go.

I kinda figured as much, and the price difference is only like 100 bucks, which considering the problems that I've had with my SeaClone that only cost 100, I'll be more than willing to spend the extra money for a skimmer that will really work :D

Thanks for re-inforcing what my research had pretty much told me, it's always nice to know that your not reading things wrong.

Thanks, Joshua...

The urchin model is basically their hob model modified to fit into a sump. The EVs are bigger and better, but also require a pump to go with them. I ordered a mag drive with the one I got from Darrin, and am happy with it 8)

Don't get me wrong, The urchin is a great skimmer! It is just comparing apples to oranges if you know what i mean!
