Aragonite Sand 1-2mm in size too large for a DSB?

My LFS has Aragonite sand for sale that is 1-2mm in size. No, unfortunately I don't have access to playsand, either.

So my question is...Is the LFS Aragonite sand that is 1-2mm in size too large for a DSB? This stuff is pretty big in size.

Thanks...
