Astrea at waterline?

Is it normal for my astreas to be at the waterline? 5 out of 8 of them were right on it this morning.

I know they move around alot, but I'm wondering if maybe they're trying to tell me something.

no thats normal have read that they live longer if you had a tide set up so they would be out of the water for alittle bit ! ya could basically do that by turning you return pump off for a hour a day ! but i dont do that

Ya don't worry. I have several them have gone over the top and are now livining in my built in overflow.
