OK, so a small piece/branch of my kenya tree coral detached. I initally placed it on a ledge, but see it has fallen to the bottom. I have read about people using super glue. Due to my lack of lighting at the time the frag will have the best chance of making it if I can get it under my t-5 fixtures.

To glue it do I just remove it towel dry the base and place it in a dab of gel super glue on a piece of rubble?

Any advice appreciated as I am new to corals.

TIA,

Soft corals like the Kenya tree are difficult to glue because they slime so much. I would use a needle and some cotton thread and sew it onto a piece of rubble. Sew it tight enough to hold it but not so tight that the thread works it's way through the coral. Or, you could also poke a toothpick through it and then just glue the pick down. Another method would be to use a rubberband to hold it onto the rubble. But again, not to tight. Just tight enough to hold it there.
