Bad pods!

So I got a 9 polyp frag of some awesome yellow jackets the other day for 80$...
They are doing great but the stupid amphipods have eaten 3 polyps already...2 small ones and 1 large one. I know they arent supposed to eat them, they dont mess with any of the other cheap ones in the tank but seems they have expensive taste! The last few nights I have watched them eat away at it relentlessly. Even saw them attack a mini brittle star over and over. Whats up with my bad pods?!?! Is there anything i can do?

You could always dip them in a reef dip and kill the pods if that's what is truly eating them.. There are several pests that love polyps and you cant always see. I didn't think I had any hitch hikers turned out there was a brittle star and several nudibranchs (which was actually what was killing mine)
